Les Liaisons Dangereuses - Film at Bing Crosby Theater

Two aristocrats treat other people's lives as entertainment. The Marquise de Merteuil and the Vicomte de Valmont seduce, manipulate and ruin, competing to see who can do the most damage before their own schemes collapse. Les Liaisons Dangereuses shows what happens when amoral intelligence meets an equally amoral rival. On Sunday, November 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM, the Bing Crosby Theater presents this film adaptation of Pierre Choderlos de Laclos's 1782 epistolary novel.

Laclos's original novel uses letters to expose private motives and carefully constructed lies. Its portrait of cruelty disguised as sophistication still gives the story its bite. That literary background offers a useful thread to follow into this screening, without needing to sympathize with either schemer.

Invite someone who enjoys watching intelligent people make catastrophic choices. A Sunday matinée gives you time to dissect motives afterward, when the scheming has run its course. The Bing Crosby Theater offers the kind of setting where a classic story feels like an event rather than another evening at home. Explore ticket options for Les Liaisons Dangereuses and reserve your Sunday afternoon for a drama that refuses to offer easy heroes.
