Dave Landau

Dave Landau at Spokane Comedy Club

Dave Landau takes everyday life and pushes it somewhere most people wouldn't admit thinking about. His comedy lives in the uncomfortable space between recognizing yourself in a story and wondering if you should be laughing this hard. If you appreciate observational humor that refuses to stay polite, Saturday, January 30, 2027, at 7:00 PM gives you a reason to leave the house. Landau headlines Spokane Comedy Club with material drawn from his own mess, his family and the absurdity of modern life.

Landau spent years sharpening his comedy in Detroit's Second City Conservatory as a teenager, then went on to appear five times on Comedy Central's Live At Gotham and reach the finals of Last Comic Standing's eighth season. He also co-hosts The Anthony Cumia Show with Dave Landau, a radio program that gave him a platform to test material and develop the voice his fans follow. That work shaped a comic who finds jokes in the places most people find problems.

Bring someone who can handle a comedian with no safety net. Landau's appeal lies in his willingness to say what others avoid, which makes the experience sharper when you have someone beside you catching the same moments. A Saturday night comedy show offers a low-pressure plan with high potential for stories you'll repeat later.
