Gabriel Rutledge

Gabriel Rutledge at Spokane Comedy Club

Gabriel Rutledge is quick, sharp and unafraid to say the part everyone else thought but edited out. His comedy comes from recognizing the absurd gaps between how life is supposed to go and how it actually unfolds. If you enjoy stand-up built on observation rather than shock, his Saturday, December 26, 2026, 6:00 PM performance at Spokane Comedy Club gives you something to look forward to the day after Christmas.

Rutledge won the Seattle International Comedy Competition and the Laughing Skull Comedy Festival in Atlanta, then turned those wins into a career that includes Live at Gotham on Comedy Central and a Dry Bar special viewed millions of times. His album Good Luck in Court debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes comedy charts. Those credentials tell you he knows how to hold a room and deliver material people want to talk about afterward.

The Don't Read the Comments Tour title alone suggests a comic who understands digital life's particular brand of ridiculousness. Take someone who could use a laugh after the holiday scramble, or claim the evening for yourself. A Saturday comedy show in late December offers a low-pressure way to close out the year with something that isn't a resolution or a dinner party.
