Spokane Chiefs vs. Wenatchee Wild

Spokane Chiefs vs. Wenatchee Wild at Numerica Veterans Arena

The puck drops. The crowd reacts. The play shifts. Watching junior hockey on a screen gives you the score, but it doesn't give you the sound of skates on ice or the collective groan when a shot misses by inches. The Spokane Chiefs host the Wenatchee Wild at Numerica Veterans Arena on Tuesday, December 29, 2026, at 7:05 PM. If you've been thinking about catching a game in person, this Western Hockey League matchup gives you a reason to go.

Junior hockey brings speed and effort every shift. These are athletes building careers, not coasting through a schedule. That intensity makes the game worth your attention. The Chiefs play a 68-game regular season, so each night counts toward something larger. You're watching competition that matters to the players on the ice.

Bring someone who gets loud at sports. A coworker who follows the WHL. A friend who needs a reason to leave the house on a Tuesday. Shared enthusiasm makes the atmosphere better, and you'll have the game to talk about long after the final buzzer. Check ticket options for Spokane Chiefs vs. Wenatchee Wild and turn a December Tuesday into a live hockey night.
