Spokane Indians vs. Hillsboro Hops at Avista Stadium

A new baseball season deserves a date on your calendar. Spokane Indians vs. Hillsboro Hops brings an April matchup to Avista Stadium on Wednesday, April 7, 2027, giving you a reason to get behind the home team before summer takes over. Follow the pitches, pick your player to watch and give an ordinary Wednesday a different rhythm.

The Indians play High-A baseball as a Colorado Rockies affiliate. That puts player development alongside the competition: you can watch how a batter handles a difficult count or how a pitcher responds after allowing a hit. You do not need a scouting report to enjoy it. A little curiosity gives you plenty to follow from one inning to the next.

Make this the game you share with someone who has been meaning to get back to the ballpark. Avista Stadium has hosted baseball since 1958, and that long local connection gives a Spokane outing a setting with roots. Talk baseball between plays, explain a favorite rule or simply settle into following the game together.
