Joe Dombrowski

Joe Dombrowski at Spokane Comedy Club

Joe Dombrowski built a career finding the ridiculous in everyday life. The Detroit comic pulls from his years teaching elementary school, marriage, new fatherhood and parents who accidentally deliver perfect punchlines. His observational style gives you a recognizable starting point before twisting it into something sharper. If you've ever watched a spelling test turn into chaos or tried to reason with a toddler, you already know half the setup.

This Friday, December 4, 2026, 8:30 PM show at Spokane Comedy Club puts you in the room with material honed across national tours, festival stages and late-night television. Dombrowski's comedy has appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Netflix Is a Joke Fest and Just For Laughs in Montreal. Variety named him one of its Top 10 Comics to Watch. That recognition didn't arrive overnight; he's been performing since his third-grade talent show.

Bring the friend who shares your parenting war stories or the partner who remembers your worst teaching moment. Comedy works better when someone beside you catches the same detail you do. A Friday show gives the week an end point worth looking forward to, with no elaborate occasion required.
