Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA Tribute

Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA Tribute at Falls Penthouse at Riverside Place

A string quartet tackles Queen and ABBA on Saturday, January 9, 2027, at 7:30 PM. Falls Penthouse at Riverside Place hosts this Candlelight tribute, combining classical instrumentation with two of the biggest catalogs in popular music. If you've ever wondered how Bohemian Rhapsody or Dancing Queen sound when translated for strings, here's your chance to find out.

Listeso, the Spokane-based string quartet, performs selections across both acts: Bohemian Rhapsody, I Want to Break Free, Don't Stop Me Now, We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions, Dancing Queen, SOS, Money Money Money, Waterloo, Super Trouper and Mamma Mia. Each one gets a chamber-music interpretation, without electric guitar or synthesizer. The sixty-minute concert gives you a compact, focused evening with familiar material presented in an entirely different light.

A thousand candles light the room. No stage spots, no house lights, just candlelight reflecting off surfaces and illuminating the musicians. That glow creates an atmosphere screens won't deliver. Seating is assigned on arrival, first-come within your zone, so the evening rewards punctuality. Doors open forty-five minutes early; late entry isn't permitted.

Bring someone who appreciates both classical performance and pop nostalgia. This January Saturday gives you an indoor winter plan with live music at the center. Explore ticket options for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA Tribute at Falls Penthouse and make space for a candlelit evening in Spokane.
