Candlelight: 90s Unplugged

Candlelight: 90s Unplugged at Falls Penthouse at Riverside Place

A thousand candles turn Riverside Place into something else entirely. The warm glow softens the room, and a string quartet transforms songs you grew up with into something worth hearing again. Candlelight: 90s Unplugged arrives Saturday, February 27, 2027, at 5:30 PM, with a 60-minute program that includes "Everlong," "Don't Speak," "Zombie" and nine other pieces from the decade.

This is a tribute concert performed by Spokane-based string quartet Listeso. The program pulls from grunge, Britpop, alternative rock and singer-songwriter catalogs, reinterpreting electric guitar anthems and confessional ballads through bowed strings. If you've been curious about how a quartet handles "Enter Sandman" or "Smells Like Teen Spirit," here's your chance to find out.

Bring the person who argued with you about whether Oasis or Blur mattered more. Or the friend who still knows every word to "Ironic." Assigned seating means you arrive, claim your spot within your zone and settle in together. The venue is indoor, and doors open 45 minutes before the concert begins.

If you want a Saturday night that gives you something to talk about beyond your phone screen, this is a reasonable excuse. Explore ticket options for Candlelight: 90s Unplugged and see what a string quartet can do with the decade you remember.
