Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons

Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons at Falls Penthouse at Riverside Place

What does winter sound like when it's written by a composer who understood drama? Vivaldi's Four Seasons gives each part of the year its own personality, and hearing a string quartet perform those movements live reveals details you miss on a recording. On Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 5:30 PM, Candlelight brings Vivaldi to Falls Penthouse at Riverside Place in Spokane. The room will be lit by candles. The music will be played by Listeso String Quartet. If you've been curious about Baroque music but never quite made time for it, this is a compelling reason to start.

The concert also includes La Folia, another Vivaldi composition that explores passion and variation. Together, the program offers an hour of live music in a setting designed to let you focus on sound and atmosphere without distraction. Candles replace stage lighting. A string quartet gives the music a chamber-scale interpretation. The result is an evening that asks you to sit still and pay attention.

Bring someone who appreciates a different kind of Saturday night. The seated indoor format puts close listening at the center of your plans. If your usual weekend plans feel repetitive, a candlelit Baroque concert offers a clear alternative.
