Cody Fry With The Spokane Symphony

Cody Fry With The Spokane Symphony at Martin Woldson Theatre At The Fox

Cody Fry writes songs that sound like they've always belonged to an orchestra. His arrangements don't just add strings for decoration; they build emotion the way a film score does, giving familiar songwriting moments unexpected weight. On Friday, April 30, 2027, at 7:30 PM, he returns to the Martin Woldson Theatre at The Fox with the Spokane Symphony and Spokane Symphony Chorale for an all-new show. If orchestral music usually feels distant but a great song pulls you in, this evening might occupy the rare space between both.

Fry holds three GRAMMY® nominations and a platinum record, evidence that his blend of songwriting and orchestration connects beyond the concert hall. Conductor Morihiko Nakahara leads the symphony, with chorale director Dr. Meg Stohlmann shaping the vocal ensemble. That combination gives you orchestral scale paired with the personal quality of a songwriter's voice.

This is the kind of show that brings together listeners who wouldn't otherwise share a venue. A partner who loves symphonic music and one who prefers contemporary songwriting can each find something to follow. Families curious about live orchestral performance can start here without requiring fluency in classical repertoire.
