Satsang at The District Bar - Spokane

Drew McManus writes songs because he needed them first. Satsang's music comes from recovery, fatherhood and the hard-won peace of building a life worth protecting. The blend of folk, soul and melodic hip hop carries that weight without preaching. If you respond to music made by someone who's figured a few things out the difficult way, Wednesday, January 20, 2027, at 9:00 PM offers that kind of evening at The District Bar in Spokane.

The District Bar keeps the focus tight. A smaller room puts you close to the performance, which matters when the subject is vulnerability and perseverance. McManus's songs connect personal change with a sound that moves between folk, soul and melodic hip hop.

Satsang's catalog gives new listeners multiple entry points. 'I Am' has passed two million Spotify streams as a favorite hymn of self-love, while Pyramid(s) hit number one on the Billboard reggae chart. Those recordings offer a sense of the band's range before you commit to the live experience.

Bring someone who values honesty over polish. A Wednesday show at a venue this size becomes a shared discovery rather than a stadium spectacle. Check ticket options for Satsang at The District Bar and make room for music that earns its emotional ground.
