Beauty and The Beast at First Interstate Center for the Arts
Disney's Beauty and the Beast returns to North America for the first time in over 25 years, and this touring production brings the story to life with spectacular new sets and dazzling costumes. On Sunday, January 17, 2027, at 6:30 PM, First Interstate Center for the Arts in Spokane welcomes the enchanting musical that filled hearts a generation ago and continues to draw families today.
The Oscar-winning and Tony Award-nominated score includes the classic songs you already know: "Be Our Guest" and the title ballroom waltz that made the original unforgettable. Members of the original Tony Award-winning artistic team reunite for this production, including composer Alan Menken, lyricist Tim Rice and book writer Linda Woolverton. The familiar romance and grandeur now arrive with fresh staging that makes the tale feel new again.
A Sunday evening musical offers something rare: a chance to give someone you love an experience worth leaving the house for. Take your partner, your kids, the friend who still remembers seeing Disney magic on stage years ago. Sharing a story this timeless creates a memory that outlasts the curtain call.
The production runs two hours and thirty minutes with one intermission, giving you a full evening without demanding your entire weekend. Check ticket options for Beauty and the Beast and make a plan for a night of Disney enchantment in Spokane.
